Consultation forms of all the models I used
These are the models I used throughout my project and I made sure I carried out a consultation with each of 5 models I used.
This was carried out before each time I used a new model, to assess their skin type, condition and if they have any contraindications. This is so I am able to adapt certain products to suit their needs.
